Communications & Engagement Coordinator
Keep our communications flowing internally and represent ACFOR externally. You'll work across our brands and deliver clear, high-quality content in both English and French.
- Attend booth events and conferences, engaging with attendees bilingually
- Deliver in-person communication and presentations to clients and partners
- Handle written communications — emails, summaries, and document preparation
- Create original content: blog posts, case studies, newsletters, one-pagers, and social copy
- Translate content between English and French
- Manage social media across platforms with content calendars
- Support execution of our digital marketing strategy
- Organize schedules, follow-ups, and event logistics
- Bilingual fluency in English and French for daily use
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude
- Willingness and ability to travel for events
- Strong note-taking and organizational skills
- Comfortable speaking to clients and the public
- Self-directed, with the curiosity to learn
- Able to manage multiple brands at once
- 0–5 years of relevant experience (new graduates welcome)
- Background in business, communications, or media arts
- Social media management and analytics knowledge
- Interest in AI tools and emerging technology
- Basic graphic design skills
- Experience with digital advertising platforms
